Here is my latest illustration, just finished this morning. This one is using Eototo, the chief of Kachinas and Aholi, Eototo's lieutenant. Apparently they hang out a lot and bring rain n shit. The little one is a mish mash of several kachinas. I've gotten really fond of giving them really delicate, spindly hands and fingers. It reminds me of ballet dancers and how their gracefulness extends all the way to their fingertips. I think it adds a softness to the kachinas.
